Employer of Records (EOR)

EOR allows you to hire talent in the Philippines without needing to set up your own local entity. AGSI handles legal, compliance, payroll, and HR responsibilities while you manage day-to-day work.

Legally, AGSI acts as the employer, but operationally the employees work directly for the client.

Global Capability Center (GCC)

A Global Capability Center (GCC) is a dedicated offshore hub for a client, housing teams across multiple functions such as IT, HR, finance, and operations. 

BPO typically outsources specific tasks or processes. A GCC is a more strategic setup, working as an extension of your business, with control over teams, culture, and operations.
