AGSI was an unexpected opportunity that allowed me to explore my interest in recruiting. Although I didn’t have much prior experience in the field, AGSI took a chance on me, and I’m truly grateful for that. The experience helped me gain a solid understanding of the recruitment process, the industry as a whole, and my personal development as a recruiter. It has significantly strengthened my background—especially in recruiting within the U.S. market.

Just last year, I received my very first AGSI Inspiration recognition, which acknowledged my efforts and achievements within our team. I’ve also received positive feedback from our clients, particularly in light of recent successful placements across various roles. These accomplishments reflect not just my individual contributions, but also the collaborative work of our team. While the process hasn’t always been smooth, the challenges and successes have helped me grow and better understand how to approach similar situations in the future.

One of the most memorable recent experiences was our RPO Team get-together event. It gave us a valuable opportunity to reconnect with our colleagues in the office, especially since many of us work remotely most of the time. The event allowed us to celebrate one another, share exciting moments, and create unforgettable memories together.
